Rajdeep joined Material as Chief Transformation Officer in May 2022 with a focus on enabling next generation technology, global delivery, and evolved data science capabilities. Earlier in his career, Rajdeep advised some of the world’s leading private equity firms on their digital investment and value creation strategies. As Sapient’s first Global Delivery Lead, he oversaw the delivery function across its 30+ offices around the globe.  

Rajdeep has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, India, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He lives in New Delhi.
