Nike's territory managers operating in emerging markets – South Korea, Africa, and Latin America, collectively known as Nike APLA – needed turnkey digital assets that would enable them to represent the brand consistently when running ads with wholesalers in those regions.
Their concern was that those underserved markets with small marketing departments had the strategies but lacked the digital prowess to help the brand show up the way it does so well closer to the company's world headquarters in the U.S.

In doing so, we became an extension of the Nike Global Team, the interpreters who corporate trusted to understand their aesthetic, understand each season and product launch, and guide how the brand should fit in all the little rectangles of the digital media buys that would reach customers such as Fly Knit shoppers in Seoul.

Over the past seven years of our partnership with Nike, we’ve supported the Nike APLA team in launching over 200 products through creating 8 to 12 robust toolkits per season. These directed consumers through the ins and outs of an online purchase journey; across inspiring homepage banners, apps, over social posts; and into detailed e-commerce resources.
These assets spread their way across 16 countries to create a high-performance omnichannel ecosystem of on-hand digital branding.
