“Let go of expectations and embrace unexpected outcomes” — that’s the mantra Keira Tunnah has lived by, both in her personal life and in her career. From changing both state and city and having twins during the Covid lockdown, to making the jump from banking to gaming, Keira’s life has been constant change. And she wouldn’t have had it any other way.
Keira Tunnah, the former head of loyalty and customer experience at EB Games and now the manager of customer service performance and analytics at Suncorp Group, joins Material’s Ben Mooney on this episode. In their conversation, Keira and Ben discuss how she has embraced disruption and learned to follow where it leads, how she taught herself about digital marketing and AI and integrated best practices of both into the highly regulated banking space – and the challenge of learning the ins and outs of Pokémon cards after years of studying foreign exchange products.
