Ranjan has more than 30 years of experience leading finance organizations across global enterprises and tech-enabled services businesses. He joins Material from Brillio, where he served as CFO, and previously held similar roles at Orion Innovation and Virtusa. At Virtusa, he was a central figure in scaling the business from roughly $100 million to $1.2 billion in revenue.

Earlier in his career, Ranjan held finance and operations leadership roles at EMC, GE, PepsiCo and PwC, building a strong foundation in global finance, audit and operations. He is known for partnering closely with Boards, CEOs and operating leadership to connect financial decisions to growth priorities. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA from Nichols College. An avid pickleball player, golfer and classical music aficionado, Ranjan lives in Stamford, CT.
