Monica Belmaña

Director, Growth

Monica is Director of Growth at Material, where she supports sales partners by developing research proposals, thought leadership, and client outreach, while creating frameworks and ways of working that elevate impact. She brings a background in behavioral science, with expertise in persuasion, motivation, and less-conscious decision-making, and previously served on Material’s Behavioral Science team.

Monica holds an M.A. in General-Experimental Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and lives in Los Angeles. She is passionate about applying behavioral insights to solve complex business problems and help brands better connect with people.
