Nicole Hauptman

Nicole started her career in Market Research 25 years ago. For over a decade, she’s focused on Research and Technology as a way to enhance traditional methodologies. In 2015, she co-led the development of the Customer Experience (CX) Practice at Material which leverages SaaS platforms such as Medallia and Qualtrics to optimize day-to-day operations and gain strategic insights for innovation. She is passionate about finding the relationship between Employee Experience, Customer Experience, and Market Research. Nicole received her BA in Arts, Media, and Communication from California State University.
