For almost 25 years, Rick has dedicated his career to improving customer experiences, working in research, marketing, management consulting, and service operations. As SVP of Material’s UX Strategy offering, Rick leads all aspects of practice management, serving as a client thought partner and advocate. Prior to Material, he was Practice Leader for Deloitte Brand Operations Services, spearheading large scale, multi-year research programs in over 100 countries. Rick is frequently invited as a subject matter expert for speaking engagements including the Customer Experience Summit and Medallia Experience Conference and for industry publications including The Wall Street Journal.
