Robert McClarin leads the Material Loyalty and CRM Delivery practice. Robert helps clients create deeper, meaningful and profitable relationships with their best customers. He has over 25 years of experience in designing, launching and optimizing loyalty and CRM programs on both the client and agency side for national brands like GameStop, Hard Rock, IBM, Whataburger and Hertz. Prior to Material, Robert led the creation, launch and optimization of the 7REWARDS loyalty & CRM program for 7-Eleven. Robert is a proud ASU Sun Devil, a middling guitar player and an avid bourbon explorer.
