Revamping a Customer Loyalty Program for a Modernized Experience.

When 7-Eleven decided to modernize its popular 7Rewards program, it approached Material to help revamp their system, which previously worked like a digital punch card. The company wanted to ensure its customers could register, earn, and redeem loyalty rewards, points, and coupons from any device. So our challenge was to create a compelling, interactive design that would boost customer engagement and increase trip frequency.
  • Designed a new data-driven experience with greater functionality across multiple platforms.

We took 7-Eleven’s already great loyalty program to another level, ensuring their customers could truly reap the rewards they deserve. We’re thrilled with the results: the company’s modernized loyalty system resulted in $5.8MM+ increase in sales​ and 35MM+ customer downloads in just the first few months​!
